PHOSTRI for spray lines, high and low pressure sprays and dipping
The amorphous phosphating solutions of Chemtec S.r.l. are more environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional iron phosphating. The Phostri family of corrosion protection and paint adhesion enhancing products is used in combination with a neutral washing chemical. The corrosion protection provided by phosphating can be increased by additional passivation. Options also include one-step solutions for pressure washers.

– For all metals, including aluminium and galvanised/zinc coated steel
– DNAD as a degreasing additive
– Rinsing is not necessary
Phostri TTS for spray lines and dipping
– Suitable for ferrous metals, aluminium, light metals and galvanised steel (electro- and hot-dip galvanising)
– Effective for laser oxides in material thicknesses of less than 4 mm
– DNAD as a degreasing additive
– If necessary, zirconium-based PASS NC 2 treatment for additional passivation after washing
