DBT — for all needs
The pickling wash chemicals in the DBT range are easy to use, highly effective and economical solutions for removing oxides by first removing oil, grease and dirt. Some products also provide short-term corrosion protection. An environmentally friendly solution for all needs: Manual application, dipping, low and high pressure spraying and spray lines.
For example
DBT FE PLUS for steel, cast iron and oxide run-offs of painted surfaces
– Forms light corrosion protection in addition to the pickling wash and improves the adhesion of the coating
– Will not damage e.g. electro-galvanised surfaces or aluminium
– For low pressure spraying, dipping or manual application
– Degreasing can be enhanced by adding neutral DNAD PT chemical
Similarly for spray lines, the DBT FE PLUS TTS
– Similar to DBT FE PLUS but optimised for spray lines
– For best results, use a purified water rinse
Multi-purpose DBT ALU 200 for aluminium
– Also works for extruded and cast aluminium
– Improves paint adhesion
– For manual application, dipping and spraying
