Battling with paint adhesion to aluminium?

The number of aluminium-based products to be painted is growing very rapidly in the manufacturing industry. Paint adhesion to aluminium is a common challenge.

The surface formed by the one-step Tora treatment provides excellent paint adhesion for aluminium, as evidenced by the C5-H (1440t) salt spray test results on single-coat PE paint. Compatibility with Toran should be tested if extruded aluminium or moulding wax has been used on the products.

Our principal has a number of clients in the aluminium sector, including Car Segnaletica, a manufacturer of Italian road signs. One of our Finnish customers also pre-treats traffic sign products with the Toran product.
